The Vitality.

The world's most advanced floating biohealthcare vessel. A private longevity club at sea, where diagnostics, recovery and performance medicine are built into the hull and tuned to every guest aboard.

Enquire about the Vitality

A Vessel Built Around You

A floating sanctuary for longevity, recovery and performance.

The Vitality is not a yacht with a wellness suite added as an afterthought. It is a complete biohealthcare environment that happens to sail: a clinical-grade gym, recovery laboratory and longevity kitchen housed within a private vessel, with a dedicated team that travels with you and a system that adapts every space to the person standing in it.

Aboard the Vitality

Every modality of modern health, under one hull.

The Facilities

A complete biohealthcare campus, at sea.

The Performance Health Club

A full biomedical gym at sea, equipped to the standard of a flagship longevity clinic. Strength, mobility, cardiovascular and neuromuscular training, guided by resident performance specialists and programmed around your own diagnostics rather than a generic plan.

Cryotherapy and Cold Therapy

Whole-body cryogenic chambers, a cold plunge pool and a dedicated ice room form a complete cold-exposure circuit. Used to support recovery, circulation and resilience, sequenced by your team and timed to where you are in your voyage.

The Thermal Sanctuary

A sauna, steam room and infrared therapy rooms make up the heat side of the contrast circuit. Paired with the cold therapies, they create a guided thermal practice for relaxation, recovery and circulation, all within steps of the open sea.

Hyperbaric and Frequency Medicine

Hyperbaric oxygen chambers and an electromagnetic frequency (PEMF) clinic bring regenerative and cellular-recovery modalities onboard. Every protocol is overseen by qualified clinicians and coordinated with the rest of your program.

Onboard Diagnostics and Imaging

An MRI imaging suite is built directly into the vessel, supported by a full diagnostics capability. Measurement happens where you are, with results read by your clinical team and held continuous with your care ashore.

The BioHealthcare Kitchen

Dedicated BioHealthcare chefs cook from a kitchen built for longevity, not indulgence alone. Menus are shaped around your biomarkers, your goals and your preferences, so that what reaches the table is part of the same program as everything else aboard.

Movement, Mind and Restoration

Where the body is taught to recover.

Immersive Yoga and Movement

A movement studio that surrounds you. Yoga, Pilates, reformer, breathwork and mobility are practised inside an immersive room where projection, light and sound reshape the space (sunrise over open water one morning, high mountain air the next), all framed by floor to ceiling sea views. Sessions run live with resident instructors or are programmed to your recovery state.

Float Therapy and the Sound Sanctuary

Sensory-restoration float pods, a meditation room and vibroacoustic sound therapy. Weightless flotation, guided meditation and immersive sound are used to settle the nervous system, deepen sleep and restore focus between the more demanding days aboard.

The Spa and Manual Therapy

A spa and manual-therapy suite for massage, lymphatic work, physiotherapy and hands-on rehabilitation. Therapists work alongside your clinical team rather than separately from it, so recovery on the table follows the same plan as everything else aboard.

The Regenerative Infusion Lounge

A clinician-led lounge for intravenous nutrient and hydration therapy. Every protocol is prescribed and supervised by qualified medical staff and matched to your diagnostics, delivered in a calm setting with the sea beyond the glass.

Adaptive Bioinformatics

Every room learns the person inside it.

The Vitality runs a single intelligence across the vessel. Each space holds a bioinformatics profile for the resident using it, and the environment responds in turn: light, temperature, air, sound and recovery conditions adjust to support sleep, energy and performance through the day.

  • Circadian lighting that tracks your rhythm
  • Air and climate tuned to each guest
  • Sleep and recovery environments
  • Personalised soundscapes
  • Continuous, private biometrics
  • Profiles that follow you room to room

The Vitality Difference

Freedom on the water, a clinic in the keel.

Continuity of care

The team that knows you sails with you. Diagnostics, recovery and nutrition stay continuous with life ashore, so nothing resets when you leave port.

Measured, not guessed

Every protocol begins with data. Onboard imaging and diagnostics mean decisions are grounded in your own measurements rather than assumption.

Absolute privacy

Your health, in your waters. The Vitality keeps the most personal work entirely private, anchored wherever the voyage takes you.

Routes & Voyages

Following the sun, season to season.

The Vitality migrates with the seasons: Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters, fully crewed, fully equipped and continuous in care wherever she anchors. Each year follows a different itinerary, shaped around where our members most want to be.
